Test samples can be submitted directly to the Customer Service Department (WhatsApp contact only: 081910013241, Email: labterpadu@live.undip.ac.id), or sent via courier to (MUST first contact CUSTOMER SERVICE via WA at 081910013241). Note: Customers who wish to send test samples must first contact Customer Service via WhatsApp.

The Undip Integrated Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit provides sample testing and analysis services for students, lecturers, and researchers from within and outside Undip. Note: Samples are ready for analysis and do not require extensive pretreatment. If special pretreatment is required, please contact Customer Service. Additional costs will be incurred and communicated to the Test Sample Reception Department.
